The TS7700 is a portable d/8 spectrophotometer for reflected-colour and colour-difference quality control on opaque plastic and polymer surfaces. SCI/SCE and UV-included or UV-excluded modes support repeatable comparison across different finishes.
Use it for moulded parts, masterbatch or resin colour plaques, extruded profiles, pipes, sheets, automotive polymer components and appliance or electronics housings. It supports incoming inspection, production batch comparison and pass/fail checks at the line or in the QC laboratory.
Plastic and polymer applications
Portable reflected-colour quality control for finished polymer surfaces, colour plaques and production components.
Compare caps, closures, enclosures and production parts against approved colour standards.
Check plaque colour during formulation, incoming inspection and batch approval.
Measure suitable flat areas on extruded profiles, pipes and polymer sheet for colour variation.
Monitor colour consistency across interior components, electronics housings and appliance parts.
